Abstract

This study was raised as a determining problem: To what extent do school management and pedagogical leadership relate to improving teaching practice in UGEL 06, 2020 CEBA? The objective was to establish the relationship between school management, pedagogical leadership with the improvement of teaching practice, the hypothesis was raised: There is a significant relationship between school management, pedagogical leadership with the improvement of teaching practice. The work taught the hypothetical- deductive method, in its development executed descriptive-correlal research, for the population and sample was considered 98 teachers, to whom the instruments were

applied. For the implementation, the levels of reliability and validity were observed, the linear regression stenographer was used, where it was found that: There is a significant relationship between school management, pedagogical leadership with the teaching practice of CEBA of UGEL No. 06 Vitarte, 2014. (F x 80,190 and p-value (sig.) equal to zero, is less than a = 0,05 (5%), also according to Pearson's r-correlation - 0.766 (X1*Y) high positive and Pearson r -0.642 (X2*Y) high positive).
